2011年からの新カテゴリーは白＆青帯でも階級別が開催されるようになるようです。
これはすでに今年から開催されましたが予選から開催されるのかは不明。
また紫帯が独立して開催されるようになりました。
茶＆黒帯には変更はありません。
女子は全帯が一緒にトーナメントを行いましたがさすがにそれは乱暴だと感じたのか、女子でも白＆青帯のカテゴリーが創設されました。
ですが階級は-63kgと＋63kgの２階級のみ。
これは紫・茶・黒帯も同じです。
そして各国の予選の数も大幅に多くなり、１８大会の開催が予定されています。
Just one month past from the 2010 World Pro and the organization has already lofty new plans for 2011. First the Purple Belts will fight in their own divisions and in 6 different weight categories. Additionally the ladies white/blue belt will have their own category as well separate from the purple/brown and black. Trials for the 2011 World Pro will begin in October, there will be 18 trials around the globe.
O Mundial Profissional de Abu Dhabi acaba de realizar sua segunda edição, mas já está pensando na próxima. A organização do torneio divulgou que os faixas-roxas lutarão separadamente, em seis categorias de peso. A novidade no feminino é a inclusão de duas novas categorias nas faixas branca/azul. As seletivas para o Mundial Pro 2011 devem começar em outubro deste ano, serão realizadas 18 triagens em diversos países.
